Gaming Point is seeking an experienced and dynamic VIP Account Manager to nurture and grow our relationships with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier service, ensure client satisfaction, and drive loyalty and business growth.
Your role
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized and high-quality service.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with VIP customers.
- Monitor and analyze client activity to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Handle client issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution.
- Create and implement strategic plans to increase VIP client retention and engagement.
- Coordinate exclusive VIP events and experiences to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a related role, ideally working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
