VIP Account Manager

Gaming Point is seeking an experienced and dynamic VIP Account Manager to nurture and grow our relationships with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier service, ensure client satisfaction, and drive loyalty and business growth.

Your role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized and high-quality service.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with VIP customers.
  • Monitor and analyze client activity to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Handle client issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to increase VIP client retention and engagement.
  • Coordinate exclusive VIP events and experiences to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a related role, ideally working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
