  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary support and resources to maximize their performance.
  • Analyze and optimize affiliate performance, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and lifetime value of customers.
  • Create and implement promotional campaigns and offers to attract new customers and retain existing ones through affiliate channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the affiliate marketing landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as content, design, and product to develop affiliate-specific materials and marketing assets.
  • Report on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Negotiate commission rates and deals with high-value affiliates to drive incremental revenue.
  • Participate in industry events and affiliate marketing conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.


  • 1 years of experience in digital marketing will be a plus (ideally within the iGaming sector).
  • Ability in sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to drive revenue growth and develop strategic alliances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and the ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong command of data analysis, and spreadsheet management, as Excel skills will play a crucial role in analyzing affiliate performance data and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with affiliates and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience using Affiliate platforms and tools will be considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly methodical, numbers-driven, and well-organized approach to managing affiliate partnerships.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment will be considered as a plus.
