When you apply to the affiliate program we collect contact details, your country of residence, the websites and channels you operate, payment information and identity verification documents.

When you browse the site we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and server logs.

We use your data to review and manage your affiliate account, calculate and pay commissions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal obligations and, where you have agreed, send you program updates.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (the Affiliate Agreement), to comply with legal obligations such as anti money laundering rules, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the program, and on the basis of your consent for marketing communications.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the merchant brands you promote, our payment and verification providers, and the authorities where the law requires it. Any processors we use are bound to protect your data.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area where Gaming Point or its providers operate. Where this happens we put appropriate safeguards in place.

We keep your data for as long as your affiliate account is active and afterwards for the period required to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and other technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

The site and the program are restricted to persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete any such data that comes to our attention.
