1. Age Restriction

Our brands and all promotional activity are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. Affiliates must never target minors or anyone below the legal age in their market, and all marketing material must carry a clear age notice.

2. Player Protection Tools

The merchant brands offer tools that help players stay in control, including deposit limits, time limits, reality checks, cooling off periods and self exclusion. Affiliates are encouraged to make players aware that these tools exist.

3. Responsible Marketing

Affiliates must not suggest that gambling is a solution to financial problems or guarantees income, must not make misleading claims, and must include responsible gaming messaging in their creatives. Marketing must comply with the advertising rules of each market.

4. Recognising a Problem

Warning signs include spending more time or money than intended, chasing losses, and gambling affecting work, relationships or wellbeing. Anyone who recognises these signs should seek help and consider self exclusion.
