Licensing

Last updated: 2026-06-14

Gaming Point operates a portfolio of licensed casino and sports brands. This page summarises the licensing framework that applies to the brands you promote.

1. Licensed Operations

The Gaming Point brands hold gaming licences from recognised regulators, including the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Comoros) and the Government of Curacao, depending on the brand and market.

The exact licence, licence number and licensing authority differ per brand and are displayed on each brand's own website.

2. Permitted Markets

Each brand may only be promoted in the markets where it is licensed and where online gambling promotion is legal. Affiliates must promote only in permitted markets and must not target residents of restricted territories.

The list of restricted territories is set out in the Affiliate Agreement and may be updated from time to time.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their own promotion complies with the licensing conditions of the relevant brand, the advertising rules of each market, and all applicable laws. Where required, affiliates must hold their own permits to advertise gambling.
